In order to break the problem of plastic pollution control, the Plastic Recycling Branch of China Synthetic Resin Association (CPRRA) from 2019 to 2023 has undergone years of investigation and research - "Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) container packaging products recyclable design guidelines", "high-density polyethylene (HDPE) container packaging products recyclable design guidelines"Group standards and their recyclable design evaluation items are released. The pump head is a very widely used form of cap dispensing system for FMCG plastic packaging. The conventional pump head can be composed of up to 12 different components, and the elastic elements and spheres inside are mostly composed of metal springs and glass beads. If these pump heads are put into the recycling system for recycling, the sorter needs to disassemble the pump head and then classify and recycle it according to different materials, which greatly increases the difficulty of sorting and recycling.
